I am a vegan food creator, a student of nutrition, a tantra yoga teacher, and a woman who spent years fighting her own rhythms before learning to trust them.
What started as a love of plants and recipes has grown into something I could not have planned: a deep exploration of what it means to nourish yourself fully — body, cycle, spirit, and all.
I created veg.corner to share that path. Not as someone who has arrived, but as someone walking it — with curiosity, with cacao, and with a lot of good food.

What you eat is inseparable from how you live, how you love, and how you heal. A bowl of warm lentil soup in the dark of winter is not just nutrition — it is an act of reverence.

Your menstrual cycle is a superpower.
Each of its four phases carries a different kind of intelligence — creative, connective, introspective, powerful. When you learn to move with them instead of against them, everything changes.

Plants have always known what we need.
The nettle that asks you to slow down. The ashwagandha that reminds you to breathe. The cacao that opens the heart. The earth has always known. We are only just remembering how to ask.
